Patrick Mead
Senior Minister
Patrick and Kami come to us from Colorado where Kami was raised. They have been married over 34 years and have two grown children as well as three grandchildren. Patrick is the son of missionaries and has lived and worked in many countries. Trained as a scientist, he continues teaching special courses at state universities and to law enforcement groups. His passion is seeking for truth and then delivering it in a spirit of joy and good will. He enjoys shooting, reading, and the occasional game of golf. Kami is an interior designer with a special emphasis on residential applications. She is also a figure skater and loves to spend time with her grandsons.

Albert Lemmons
Pastoral Care Minister
Albert has served on the Fourth Avenue staff since 2002. During his time with us, Albert has led the Intercessory Prayer Ministry, which has received over 150,000 prayer requests from the church family. The growing involvement in this ministry has taken a priority position in the church’s life and supports the Shepherds’ desire to create a culture of prayer.
Albert’s education spanned twenty years at seven colleges, universities and seminaries, ultimately receiving his Doctor of Ministry degree. His international prayer ministry has extended beyond four decades on five continents. He continues to speak at meetings, workshops and seminars. He serves as a member of the Presidential Prayer Committee and has for 20 years. Albert has been married to Patsy Davenport Lemmons for 64 years. They have five children and eleven grandchildren.
Gary Shrader
Executive Minister
Gary Shrader is Executive Minister at 4th. He came to Fourth Avenue after retiring from Williamson County Schools after 30 years as a teacher, coach, and principal. Gary works with the staff, members, ministries, and shepherds to serve the congregation and community. Gary and his family have been involved members at Fourth Avenue since 2000. Gary and Lydia have been married over 30 years, and have 3 boys: Brad, Bryan, and Cameron. Lydia is a retired teacher, and now works as a sitter with the elderly. They enjoy travel, nature, gardening, antiquing, and photography.
Dean Barham
Spiritual Life and Outreach Minister
Dean Barham serves as the Spiritual Life and Outreach Minister. Dean earned his Doctor of Ministry degree at Lipscomb and his law degree from the University of Virginia, and has served in a variety of ministry roles for churches in Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, as well as an adjunct professor in ministry and Bible at Lipscomb and Lubbock Christian Universities. He has been married for over twenty-seven years to his wife Melanie who is a public school teacher, phenomenal storyteller and amateur artist, and they have three wonderful children: Christine, David, and Luke. Dean loves coaching football, reading, music, coffee and a certain NFL team in Dallas. Dean’s greatest passion in life and in work is to live and tell the story of a Man who wouldn’t stay dead.
Mark Duckworth
Worship Leader
Mark plans and leads Worship for 4th Avenue assemblies. He is a songwriter and Lead Vocalist for the band Salient while also maintaining an IT Management career. Mark has written for, performed with, and produced many bands and vocal groups over the years and loves to find ways to breath new life into classic music, incorporating contemporary Christian songs as well as older hymns in worship. He and his wife, Melissa, have two very active young sons and a daughter and enjoy trying to keep up with them.
Katherine Morrow
Database & Technology Minister
Katherine oversees our ministry environments for preschoolers and their families. She graduated from Lipscomb University in 2000 with a BA in Elementary Education. When she’s not serving the kids at Fourth Avenue or spending time with her husband Lee and their three boys, Katherine enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and cheering for her two favorite teams: Alabama (football) and North Carolina (basketball).
Evan Richardson
Student Minister
Evan oversees the ministry for our 5th and 6th graders, as well as our 7th–12th grade you group, YAF. He has a passion for speaking affirmation into the lives of students, and has had the opportunity to serve with youth ministries in the Nashville and Brentwood areas. His education includes an undergraduate Theology & Ministry degree and a MDiv from Lipscomb. He enjoys traveling, watching musicals, and bragging on his niece.
Robyn Linstroth
Children's Minister
Robyn oversees the ministry environments for our school-aged children, Kindergarten through 4th grade. Working with kids while sharing the love of Jesus Christ with them is her dream job. She and her husband Mike have two children, Ruby and Bo. Robyn loves spending time with her husband, playing trivia games with her kids, laughing with her friends and regularly trying new ice cream flavors.
Devon Dixon
Early Childhood Minister
Devon oversees our ministry environments for our nursery and preschoolers. She loves little children and is delighted to be serving in these ministries. Devon and her husband Ben are expecting their fourth child this summer. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and playing games. Devon is also a painter and illustrator; she has always found the beauty in the world to be in the details.
Lydia Norman
Administrative Assistant
Lydia has been on staff at Fourth Avenue in various roles since 1992. She began serving in the church office and then after her second child was born, she worked in the Little School for the next several years. She and her husband Chuck took over the cleaning and maintenance of the building for a few years before she transitioned back into the office. Lydia is a native of Franklin and a life-long member of Fourth Avenue Church. She and Chuck have two children, Tyler and Maggie.
Laurie Lee
Administrative Assistant
Laurie has attended Fourth Avenue Church for over twelve years. She serves as an Administrative Assistant, working primarily with the Worship Ministry and Website as well as providing assistance in other areas as needed. Laurie enjoys singing, reading, and the fellowship at 4th Avenue.
